Overseas deployments and combat action take a serious toll on everyone involved – from the men/women on the front lines to the friends and families waiting patiently for their loved ones to return home. Transitioning Veterans, whether wounded in combat or simply adjusting back to the civilian sector, will often experience numerous difficulties. Through our local Warrior Transition Program, Reel Patriot Charters assists America's service members and their families in re-adjusting to their pre-deployment lives by providing an enjoyable outlet through fishing Key West’s picturesque waters. Please contact us to ask how you can help us facilitate a great fishing experience for our heroes or check out our mission page to find out more about the affiliates and causes we support.
Reel Patriot Charters is excited to announce a new initiative for the public to give back to our military members and veterans! Now you have the opportunity to spend the day on the water, fishing in paradise with America’s bravest Sailors, Soldiers, Marines and Airmen.

Your deposit reserves your private fishing charter date and time slot, we do not book anyone else for that time. This deposit is non-refundable unless the fishing trip is cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather or unforeseen boat problems. This cancellation is made at the dock on the day of the trip and only at the Captain’s discretion. If the fishing trip is cancelled by the Captain at the dock due to bad weather, we will try to re-book your fishing trip for a better day if the your schedule allows, otherwise we will refund your entire deposit. Sea sickness or rough weather once fishing will not result in a cancellation.
Customers canceling with less than 72-hours or are no shows at the dock at the time of the trip will be charged the full amount of the length charter reserved to compensate for the Captain and Mate's missed day at sea.
